2017 Australian Market Award Winners
Stay tuned for global award winners!
At Shaw Contract, we believe design is changing the world. We see the architecture and design community as active developers and creative solvers, constantly redefining the way we work, play and organise our lives.
The 2017 Shaw Contract Design Awards had a total of 497 entries from 32 countries, highlighting the global scope of the program. Market Award entries were assessed by a panel of independent judges from 6 countries, including our own Mel Mackenzie representing Australia. 36 Market Award winners were selected from the entry pool, which showcases the highest caliber of work within an industry segment across the globe.
The market awards allow for recognition of exceptional projects across all segments in the commercial interiors industry. Celebrating design excellence beyond beautiful spaces, The Shaw Contract Design Awards honours projects that achieve both human and business goals in ways that represent best practices in global design.
These Market Award winning projects will be automatically entered into the Global Awards program and People’s Choice voting, which will be announced later in 2017.
